Terms of Service

Last updated October 17, 2026.

These terms govern your use of Warp Cardio (“the app”), built and operated by an individual developer (“we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use this app. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app or provided us data, email tsferro2@gmail.com and we’ll remove it.

The app is not medical advice

Warp Cardio is a fitness and entertainment product, not a medical device. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical condition, and it does not sense or react to your effort — it only displays heart-rate readings from a monitor you connect against zone thresholds you provide. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program, and stop immediately if something feels wrong. The full disclaimer you accept before your first session is part of these terms.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Don’t let anyone else train under your login — a different person has different health considerations and hasn’t personally agreed to these terms or the pre-session disclaimer.

Subscriptions & billing

Pro is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until canceled. On iOS, it’s billed and managed entirely through your Apple ID (App Store subscription settings). On the web, it’s billed through Stripe and can be managed from Settings → Billing. Canceling stops future renewals; it doesn’t refund the current period unless required by law or by Apple’s own refund policy.

New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription converts to paid and renews at the price shown.

The free plan includes one workout in each workout category and the live heart-rate chart. Pro unlocks the rest of the workout library, custom lengths for existing programs and custom-built sessions from 3 to 90 minutes, and six live performance tiles. Workouts longer than 60 minutes require an in-app acknowledgement; 90 minutes is the maximum.

Workout formats and exercise descriptions

The workout library and custom builder provide timed structures and text descriptions as general fitness information. Custom lengths can adapt an existing program while preserving its movement order and adding recovery after hard moves. The app does not check your form, prescribe a required pace, or determine whether an exercise is appropriate for you. You choose your movements and may pause or stop at any time. Sessions longer than 60 minutes require an additional acknowledgement; sessions are capped at 90 minutes.

Acceptable use

Don’t reverse-engineer, resell, or use the app to build a competing product. Don’t attempt to bypass Pro gating, subscription checks, or rate limits.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any injury from exercise — see the assumption-of-risk language in the pre-session disclaimer, which applies in full here. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any.

Changes

We may update these terms or the app itself as features change. Material changes to the pre-session disclaimer require you to re-accept before your next session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
